Soffront includes many options for setting up and customizing your CRM. You can use the Setup menu frequently to manage your Preference and adjust their settings.
Soffront Setting Console
In order to Access Soffront Setting Console, Navigate to the top right-hand corner of the Home screen and click on the Big Gear icon Or go to User and click on Profile option.
It will open the settings console which would have several options on the left side of Manu.
Settings have 6 Mejor Categories and each of those categories has its sub-menu as below
1) My Settings: It contains the options to change your profile settings and manage your notification preferences.
- Profile: In the Profile Settings page, you can change your phone number, profile picture, login password, time zone & date, Email Signature, and its default email address.
- Reminders & Alerts: It will help you set up and customize your CRM notification for upcoming appointments, task, recipients activities against sales email, and text messages.
- Appointment Scheduler: The Soffront appointment scheduler is your own personal and shareable calendar link.
2) Users and Security: It contains the options to add and manage users and their security privileges
- Users: You use this section to add and Remove any users in your CRM.
- Security Levels: This section will help you to manage your user security permission and their access to your CRM database.
3) Customization: You can use this section to customize various options of your CRM
- Logo: Being an admin user, you can change your company logo in your CRM.
- Database: You can use this option to organizes your CRM database which includes managing tables and their field values in such a manner so that you can easily find the information that you are looking for in your CRM.
- Workflows: Workflows allow you to design and customize the CRM process to meet your specific business needs. You can breakdown your business processes into steps/stages and define specific tasks and emails to go out corresponding to each stage.
- Relations: Soffront Relations helps you to specify and manage how your Leads and Customers relate to each other.
- Auto-Fill Values: You can Setup parent-child field mapping in Auto-fill values.
- Note Types: This feature will help you to create customized note types and also will allow you to edit or delete a note type if required.
- Sources: You can customize the Source field to keep track of the data from where it was gathered.
- Campaigns Types: You can use this option to manage your Email Campaign types.
- Lead Scores: You can use this option to analyze and rank your leads against a scale
- Corporate Currency: You can change the currency type and this will be reflected in your Opportunities, Pipeline and Forecast reports.
4) Data: This section will help you to export records from CRM, find duplicate and help you to merge them. Also, you can use the Recycle bin to find and restore deleted information.
- Export: It allows you to export all Accounts, Contacts, Issues Projects, and Tasks from your CRM to CSV or Excel files.
- Recycle Bin: Recycle Bin stores all your deleted Accounts info. You will be able to Restore a deleted Account or permanently Delete it from the Recycle Bin.
- Find Duplicate: You can find, merge, and delete duplicate records from your CRM.
5) Integration: This section will help you to add and verify another email address which you can use in From Email section of any Email.
6) Subscription: This section will help you upgrade your CRM, purchase more services, change billing information and download invoices from Soffront.
- Buy Product and Training: You can upgrade your current plan and purchase custom training module for your CRM
- Buy Professional Services: You can also purchase professional services from Soffront where our dedicated experts will help you to customize your CRM projects.
- Billing and Invoice Details: You can change your billing details and download Invoices generated by Soffront.
- Cancel Subscription: You can cancel your active subscription plan.
