Soffront Profile Settings window help Users to set up and change their phone number, profile picture, login password, time zone & date, Email Signature, and Language.

How to Access Profile Setup Console?

In order to Access Soffront Setting Console, Navigate to the top right-hand corner of the Home screen and click on the Big Gear icon Or go to User and click on Profile option.

It will open the settings console which would have several options at the left side Manu. By default, it will open the Profile set up screen on the display. Otherwise, you can go to My setup and click on the profile option.

On Profile set up screen, you can see below options under Personal Information.

1) Name: Here you can see the name that you used during the purchase to register in Soffront.

Note: You cannot edit your name. Please contact Soffront Support to change your name in CRM

2) Email: Here you can see your registered email address that you used during the purchase to register with Soffront.

Note: You cannot edit your email address under profile information. Please contact Soffront Support to change your registered email address.

3) Phone: You can change your Phone number under the Personal Information screen.

4) Time Zone: You can select the correct time zone for your CRM from the drop-down list.

5) Date Format: You can choose one from the various date and time format combination.

6) Language: You can change and select the desired language for your CRM.

7) Profile Picture: You can add and change your profile picture in your CRM.

8) Change Password: You can change your CRM login password from the setup page.

9) Email Signature: You can create your own Email Signature
