Sometimes you need to download a campaign report for your records, or to share with your sales team. When you download a campaign report, we provide your information in an excel spreadsheet.
In this article, you’ll learn how to download a specific report from the broadcast campaign result screen.

- Log in to your Soffront CRM
- Select Marketing from the left dropdown menu.
- Under Marketing select Email Marketing then click on Reports
4. You can change the date range from the Recent Campaign Report drop-down menu that appears next to the Broadcast Campaign option.
E.g: If you want to see and export the list of contacts who opened any of your specific marketing emails then follow the steps:
5. Click on the numbers under the Opened email count against a specific campaign name and it will show the list of contacts as follows:
6. Select all records and click on the More icon to select export to Excel option on the list
