How to See Campaign Results

Touch campaign or Nurturing campaign is a series of emails sent out to your customers every day or at regularly scheduled intervals. These Campaigns can be sent to groups and you can also filter further to certain people within that group. Whether your business needs a single touch campaign or multiple touch campaigns to plan your Sales and Marketing strategy, Soffront Automated Campaign designer fits for any requirement.

Touch Campaign report provides information such as, how many emails were sent, how many bounced, how many were opened, how many were unsubscribed, etc. These reports will help you to filter your Leads and Customers and narrow down your Marketing efforts.

Follow the steps below to See touch campaign Results.

  1. Log in to your Soffront CRM
  2. Select Marketing from the top right-hand dropdown menu.
  3. Under Marketing click on Email Marketing then select Automated Campaigns
  4. This will give you the list of all Automated campaigns. Open the campaign for which you want to see the results.
  5. Click on Report to see the campaign results

  1. Under Marketing click on Email Marketing then select Reports
  2. Select Touch Campaign Reports
  3. Then select the time frame for the campaign.
  4. This will give you the result for all campaigns executed within a timeframe.
