How to add a link to the Document Library in your Email Template?

1. Go to Sales > Templates section and click on Sales Email Templates.

2. Then click on the “Add” Button which is located on the Right side to create a new sales email template

3. It will open the Create Email Template page as shown below with the editing toolbar

4. Highlight the word that you want to hyperlink with the Library document of the template and click the Link icon to insert a link. Refer to the image below:

5. A new pop-up will appear. Click on the Select from Library option to link a document from the Library.

6. Click on the document and it will add a URL for that document to Insert a link in your template.

Note: The document has to be uploaded to the library prior to hyperlinking it with the email
