Note: You must be using the primary admin account of your CRM in order to perform the below steps.
1) Login to your CRM and click on the Setting icon at the top right-hand corner of the Home screen.
2) Click on Users option under Users and Security settings.
3) Select the User Name for whom you want to change the password and click on the Change Password icon shown below:
4) You will get the Change password screen where you need to type in a new password.
5) Confirm your new password and click on Save. It will show the Alert box.
6) Click on OK and your User password has been changed successfully.
