Please follow the steps below for scanning any business cards through Soffront App.
1) Open the Soffront App and Tap on the Card Scanner icon from the home page.
2) Then tap on the Plus (+) Sign to use your Phone Camera for taking Picture of a Business Card.
3) Make sure the entire business card fits in the frame. Tap the white circle to take a photo of the card. Then tap the tick (√) to Save Otherwise, tap on (×) Cancel and take another photo.
4) If you are satisfied with the photo of the card, then tap on the Transcribe button to upload
5) After transcription the business card, the app will show you the screen below to verify
6) Make sure you verify and modify all necessary details and then tap on the Save button.
This will save the details and be posted as leads in your own CRM account immediately.
Note: If you face any problem during scanning and uploading the pictures, please verify if the Soffront App is up to date. Otherwise, uninstall and reinstall the app from the store. For more help click here to contact our Support.
