Account and Contact records on Mobile App

In Soffront Mobile App, you can not only search and view for an existing record but also you can create/add a new record. Mobile App has both Accounts and Contacts modules.

Navigate to the Account Or Contact icon on the Mobile App and Tap on any of them to see the Account Or Contact Home screen.

Based on the desired module (Account/Contact) on your Mobile App, it will show you three options on their Home screen.

  1. Add Sign (+): At the top right-hand corner of the Account/Contact Home screen, you will be able to see the Plus (+) sign which will help you to add a new record in your CRM.
  2. Search box: Search box will help you to search for any Account/Contact related records on your Soffront Mobile App.
  3. Recently Viewed Items: Based on the desired module (Account/Contact) on your Mobile App, it will show you their recently viewed records on the screen.

Create New Records:

Based on the desired module (Account/Contact) on your Mobile App, Tap on their Plus sign located at the top right-hand corner of the display to add a new record in your CRM.

It will show you the Form to Fill in the details of your Customer and tap on Save.

Details View:

From the Details view, you can do the following activity for a record.

  • You can send an Email to the Customer.
  • You can Call to their Work & Mobile Phone.
  • You can send SMS to the Customer.
  • You can find Customer location on Map.

From the More (…) option you can perform the following activity.

  • You can Add a New Note to the details history.
  • You can Add a New Task for the record
  • You can Add a New Appointment for the Customer.
  • You can Add a New Contact record to the Account
  • You can Convert the Status of the Customer.
  • You can Edit the information of the Customer.
  • You can Delete the record from your Database.

Related items:

Related Items will show you the list of all the child objects (Contacts, Appointments, Tasks, Attachments etc) linked to their parent object (Account). You can view and create a new Contact, Appointment, and Task for the linked Account record. Also, you can add attachments to the record.
