Reactivate a disabled account due to non-payment

If we cannot charge your card on file, your access to CRM may be blocked. Follow these steps to update your credit card information:
  1. Log in to your Soffront Online account using your username and password.
  2. You will view the Subscription overdue page, you need to click on Continue.

3.  Click on the Update Account button.

4.  Click on the Billing Information Edit link.

5.  Update your card no. and other information.

6.  Click the Update button at the end.

7.  Close the window and try to login after some time.

You are done!
When your subscription is active, you can update your card info anytime by following the steps mentioned here.
