How to Cancel a specific managed or add on Service?

Canceling any Managed services or any Monthly add-on subscription from your CRM

Note: We used an example of add-on services for you but the steps below are the same for any other managed and monthly add-on services to cancel. You need to navigate to the correct category and its corresponding menu to cancel any specific recurring services from your subscription.

Let’s take an example of how to cancel your monthly extra email credit subscription.

1) Go to Settings and scroll the left side menu to the Subscription section

2) Under the Subscription, click on Buy Products and Training option (See below)

3) Go to the particular section of Your Orders list (in this example Add-ons) and click on the dropdown menu of More Emails, there is a white space at the top of the list.

4) You need to select that white space. (Refer to the screenshots below)

5) After clicking on the whitespace, you will observe that the More Emails space is blank and the subscription value has been omitted without removing your other active services.

6) Check on the checkbox next to ‘ Subscription Agreement’ and click the ‘Subscribe’ button. Your Monthly More Email subscription will be canceled.
Note: The above steps must be completed by the primary administrator of your account. If you don’t see the above options, you are not the primary administrator.
