Soffront CRM introduces a streamlined News management feature within the HUB module, allowing users to easily create, publish, and view news items relevant to their organization or units.
Accessing the News Section

Navigate to the Management tab on the top menu.

Click on the HUB dropdown.

Select News from the submenu.
This opens the news listing page where all published news items are displayed in an easy-to-read card format.

Creating and Publishing News Items

Click on the Add button to create a new news item.

Fill in the required fields:

Category: Choose from predefined categories (e.g., Press Release).

Status: Select the publication status (e.g., Published).
-
Title: Enter the headline for the news item.

Summary: Provide a brief overview or teaser for the news.

Details: Enter the full news content using the rich text editor.

Upload an image if relevant to accompany the news.

Save the news item to publish it.

Viewing News Items

All franchisees (FEs) can view published news items after logging in with their FE credentials.

News items display as cards with headline, category, author, date, summary, and image.

Only clicking on the news title opens the full article for detailed reading.
