How to create and Add an Auto Response Email in a Webform

You can create and set up a basic Auto response email for a webform in  your CRM

Please follow the steps below:

Navigate to Marketing -> Templates and then click on Marketing Email Templates

 

On the Marketing Email Templates screen, click on the + ADD button.

On the Create Marketing Template screen, un-check all the Categories, and only select the Auto Response option. Then click on the Use This Design button to modify the email

After that create the Auto Response email and give it a name to save it.

Now you need to go to the webform and select the name of Auto Response email & save
