How to cancel your subscription

Note: The following must be completed by the primary administrator of your account. If you don’t see the option to cancel, you are not the primary administrator.

Follow the below steps to cancel your subscription:

1. Login to your CRM and click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the screen.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click on Cancel Subscription under Subscription.

Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the process.
