Conversion Report

The Conversion report allows you to see how many of your Accounts were converted from one Workflow stage to the other. For example, you can see how many opportunities were converted to customers or how many records are in each workflow stage.

Conversion Report helps you to analyze the effectiveness of your sales process or workflow.

In order to access the conversion report, go to Sales > Reports > Conversion Report

You can access the different Conversion Reports using the links below.

The first drop-down list at the top allows you to choose a given period such as Today, This Week, This Month, or this Quarter.  And the second drop-down list lets you choose a Sales person’s name or all sales persons, to view their Account’s conversion rate from one workflow stage to the other.

After selecting a time period or a salesperson’s name always click on Refresh to see the most updated Report.

You can also print out the Report by clicking on the  Printer icon beside the drop-down list.

Conversion Report has four sections

  • All Conversions By Status: This graph shows you the number of records in each workflow stage.

  • Customers By Source: This pie chart shows you the source or origin of the leads. For example: If you collected the Account from a conference your source can be the name of the conference. Now you can know how many of your Accounts got converted to customers from that conference.

  • Matrix by Status: Matrix by status displays the record count according to the stage in the workflow. You can click on the record count number and drill into more details.

  • Conversion by Source: It displays record count according to origin of the record. It is the above pie chart represented into Matrix. You can click on the record count number and drill into more details.
