Customer Post is a single location from where you should be able to review and respond to all your posts made earlier using various Social Platforms.
- You May Switch to Marketing > Social Marketing > Customer Posts
2. You may select/filter any specific Chanel to display the posts for your review and response.
3. You could select any specific post and click on “Reply” in order to response any Post of yours.
4. You may also use any saved / template response to save your time.
