Soffront offers instantaneous and dynamic SMS delivery and reply report to let you know about the status of the text messages which you have sent out from CRM periodically. Moreover, you can also download the reports into a Microsoft Excel worksheet for a great analysis of delivery and reply rates of SMS. It will show you all users SMS on a single screen.
To access SMS Reports, click the Reports link from the home page’s Sales section.
You can Access the SMS Reports using the links as below.
The first drop-down list at the top allows you to choose a Date Range such as Today, This Week, This Month or this Quarter. The second Dropdown list for selecting the Sales Reps.
You can also print out the Report by clicking on the Printer icon beside the drop-down list.
There are four sections in the SMS Report
- Sent: It will show you the total count of all sent SMS for a given period.
- Delivered: It will show the total count of all delivered SMS for a given period
- Replied: It will show the number of replies made by recipients through SMS.
- Failed: It will show you the failed messages which are not being delivered.
Once you click on the counts which will show the drill-down report of those SMS and their records.
