You can send both one-to-one and batch emails to your clients from the CRM.
Note: Below steps are the same for sending emails to Contacts and Accounts
To Send a Batch Email
From the list view, select multiple records and click on the send email icon.
To Send one to one Email
You can also send a 1-1 email by clicking their individual email address in CRM
Open an Account/Contact record and click on the email address on the left side
- The email screen will open when you click an email address.
- The email page has these options –
- From: By default your email address will be pre-populated. You can change it to a different email address if needed.
- To: Pre-populated with the account’s email address.
- Select a Template: Select an email template to save time. You will be able to search for and select templates from your sales templates. Read more
- Tip: The email compose page will pre-populate your last used sales template when you bring up the page. Change the view from Recent to All to see all templates on the dropdown list that you can pick from.
- CC/BCC: Click to add the CC or BCC fields if needed.
- Subject: Enter the subject of the email.
- Email body with HTML editor: Write the email in this section. If you have an email signature, it would be pre-populated in this section.
- Attach File: You can attach a file from your computer.
- Once you send an email, it gets saved under Notes of that specific record.
To Schedule an Email click on the drop-down icon next to the Send button and click on the Send Later option
It will open a popup box with a calendar from where you can select a future date & time to schedule the email.
