To perform a more effective search we have options to search for a keyword based on different Modules like Sales, Marketing, and Service.
You will get options to search based on the module you’re working on.
Under the Sales module, you can search for Accounts & Contacts, etc:
- Select Accounts if you are searching for an Account
- Select Contacts if you are searching for any Contact
Under the Service module you will be able to search the relevant Object records:
Similarly, you can use the ‘Advanced‘ search option as well. This will provide you define more search criteria/field data to get closure to your search results.
You may first select an object and click on the ‘Advanced‘ option below to bring the Advance search interface.

Find Recent Searches and Recent Records accessed by you. Maximum 10 items can be displayed on each of this list.
