Work through a list of records such as tasks, accounts, contacts, and opportunities without having to open each record in the list.
To start, select multiple records from the list view and find to click the Queue icon.
It will open the list in a queue and uses the previous and next buttons to go through the list from one screen.
The next button takes you to the next record in the list and the previous button takes you back to the last viewed record.
