Soffront Sales template allows you to standardize your Sales communication. It removes the effort of composing frequently sent emails messages such as follow-up messages or welcome messages, hence saving a lot of time.
These are less decorative than Marketing Templates, easier to create and format, giving its readers a feeling of more direct personalized communication.
This is how you can create a Sales Template:
1. On the home page click on Sales Template under Sales > Templates.
2. Click on
Add on Sales Templates
3. Fill in the details on Create Sales Template page as shown below.
- Name: Type in an appropriate name for the sales template, This will help you to search for the template later on.
- Make sure the template is Active, you will not be able to use an inactive template.
- Subject: Type in a relevant subject for your sales template, this will show up on your contact’s inbox when you send it out.
- Personalize: You can personalize the email or subject by selecting an option from the Personalize dropdown menu.
- Use the toolbar at the top of your page to format the text.
4. Once you are done click on Save to save the template.
Once you save the template you will find three new buttons appear:
- Copy: Click on Copy to create a similar Template, without making any changes
- TEST: Click on Test to check whether the email template is properly viewed upon receiving in your own email inbox.
- Delete: Click on Delete to delete the template
Icons to edit a Sales template
In this new version we have also made a few changes to the template editor menu:
This Icon will maximize and minimize the editor screen.
Bold icon provide the text with a strong emphasis
Italic the selected text which usually appears slanted to the right.
Adds a line under the selected text.
This icon would allow you to change the background and Text colors.
Undo and Redo icons to revert the changes.
This icon will help you to choose special characters.
You can use this for a different types of Paragraph Headings
You can use different links in the template using this icon.
This would allow you to add an image to the marketing template.
With this icon, you can insert a YouTube video.
You can use this icon to edit your template in HTML version. Here you can Copy-Paste source codes as well.
