Improved Task Queues

While browsing through your task queue, you can choose to view the underlying accounts instead of the tasks. You will have all the relevant information you need to complete tasks without having to switch screens to look up related account details.


New Text (SMS) Inbox

Manage all text communications to leads and customers from a central inbox. Start a new conversation or respond to replies. Your conversations will be logged as notes against the account and contact records.


Improved Appointment Scheduler

Your leads and customers will be able to cancel and reschedule appointments scheduled through your appointment scheduler.


New Account-Based Forecasting

Use accounts for your sales forecasts instead of opportunities. Follow an account-based pipeline by entering the potential opportunity, probability %, and expected close date.


Improved Sales Reports

We are introducing new pipeline and conversion reports.

Deals by Sales Rep – stacked chart of sales reps by stages.

Pipeline Summary – Matrix table of sales reps by stages.

Customer Feedback

New Thumbs Up/Down Survey

Embed a quick thumbs up or down survey in your email to customers. You can send it using personal (1-1) as well as automated emails. Additionally, customers who give a thumbs up can be directed to a review site of your choice to leave a review.


Franchise Management

New Compliance Tracking

Help your franchisees track compliance items such as business licenses, insurances, etc. Track if any compliance item is due for renewal or overdue and remind your franchisees proactively.
