Expired accounts can be reactivated within 30 days of the account’s expiration date. After the 30 day grace period, the account will be canceled and cannot be reactivated, but can be repurchased. All settings will be saved, so once an account is reactivated, the user will be able to resume the service. Below steps will help you to reactivate your Soffront account.
Once you try to login to your expired account, you will find the below error.
Click on the Continue button. It will open a new tab with the below screen.
Click on the Subscribe button and choose a suitable plan for your CRM to renew.
