Pipeline Report

A sales pipeline encompasses every stage of your sales process. Your Sales Pipeline report includes both Account and Opportunity status. E.g. An opportunity moves from stage to stage of your pipeline based on concrete actions, which is usually represented visually in your CRM. Because sales processes differ from company to company (and even product to product), your sales pipeline should be unique and reflect the typical buyer’s journey.

To view the Sales pipeline report follow the steps given below:

1. Click Reports under Sales from the home page.

 

2. Now from the Sales Report home, click Pipeline Report as shown in the image below:

Pipeline by Sales Rep

This report shows a stacked column or bar chart visually representing data that compares numeric counts and values across multiple sales reps.

You can select the Pipeline, Sales Rep, Choose between Accounts or Opportunities to see their Reports, and choose the name of their Workflow to filter the data of the pipeline report from the respective dropdowns as shown in the image below:

This report provides a summary of a pipeline’s status, including the number of deals, their stage. and their value

You can select the Pipeline, Sales Rep, Choose between Accounts or Opportunities to see their Reports, and choose the name of their Workflow to filter the data of the pipeline report from the respective dropdowns as shown in the image below:

After selecting each of the fields above, click on the below icon to reflect the changes.

You can also drill down from the funnel chart. Place the cursor on the funnel chart and click when the tooltip appears. Refer to the image below:

The drill-down report will appear in a different tab as shown in the image below:
