New Thumbs Up/Down Survey

Embed a quick thumbs-up or down survey in your email to customers. You can send it using personal (1-1) as well as automated emails. Additionally, customers who give a thumbs-up can be directed to a review site of your choice to leave a review.

Note: You need to have Customer Review Sites (Capterra / Yelp) for your Business.

To set up a survey in your CRM, go to Settings > Company > Survey

You will see the options below that you need to complete for the survey setup.

After above steps, create an email template with the survey link (see below)

Once you send a Survey email to your contacts then they will receive your email.

You will find the survey responses in your CRM under their respective account record
