Integrating your Office 365 Emails with Soffront will allow you to view all your Inbound/Outbound emails in one place, and save your time and effort of sending the same emails from one application. You can view all Inbound/Outbound emails from Soffront application.
Similarly you can also forward or reply the to emails of your Contacts from Soffront application.
Follow the steps below to Integrate your Office 365 Email with Soffront.
- Click on User Profile Image → Choose “Integrations” option.
- Go to “Email and Calendar Integration” section → Choose “Microsoft Office 365 (Online)” option from Service drop down → Click on Connect button.
- This will open a Sign-in window – sign in with your Microsoft Office 365 (Online) account.
- After signing in successfully, below section will appear.
Check Synchronize Emails Checkbox.
- Click on Save to save your settings.
Your Microsoft Office 365 (Online) is now synced with your Soffront CRM account.
Tip: Emails will be synchronized in every 5 minutes interval.
Now you can send an email from your Office 365 to any of your existing account/contact in CRM and see how the sent email is being displayed in Soffront application and how you can manage the email from there. Please see below steps:
- Open the respective account record’s detail view→ Go to Notes child tab.
- You will find a note gets created based on the sent email under Notes tab and ‘More..’ link is visible→ Click on ‘More..’ link against the note in Notes child tab.
- Once you click on ‘More..’ link, a drawer will open named Open Email mentioning the email you sent to the account→ From there you can perform Reply/Reply All/Forward actions as required.
- After opening the respective account record’s detail view, you will find another new tab named Emails tab.
You can perform Reply/Reply All/Forward actions as required for the email records available under Emails tab.
Note: All Inbound & Outbound Emails that have been “Sent to” or “Received from” folder in your connected Microsoft Office 365 account, will get synced with your Soffront CRM primary email field of account records.
