CRM is about Building relationships and seeing a 360 degree view of your accounts. In Soffront, you can relate two accounts together and specify how those accounts are related to each other. Example, a coach and a client. Or, a customer and a partner. Or, a realtor and a lawyer.
- To relate two accounts, start with one of those records. Bring up the detail view of the account and go to the Relationships tab.
- Click the Add button.
- Find the other account by searching for them by Company, Full Name or Email. Then type in first few letters and click on the search icon, this will bring up all the options and their contact details. Select your option from the list.
- Pick the relations for each account. Since an account can relate in more than one ways, you can select more than one relations for each.
- The relations will be visible from both the account records.
