Send or forward an email to mailbox@soffront.co to log it against the appropriate lead or customer record in Soffront. The email will be logged as a note against your lead or customer record. All the attachments in the email will be added against the note in CRM.
You can send or forward emails from any popular email client such as Outlook, GMail, or mobile clients.
You can log your emails in two ways:
Outgoing Emails:
- To log an outbound email, CC or BCC the email to mailbox@soffront.co.
Incoming Emails:
- To log an inbound email, forward the email from your inbox to mailbox@soffront.co
