How to integrate with Google G Suite email

Integrating your Google G Suite Emails with Soffront will allow you to view all your Inbound/Outbound emails in one place, and save your time and effort of sending the same emails from one application. You can view all Inbound/Outbound emails from Soffront application.

Similarly you can also forward or reply the to emails of your Contacts from Soffront application.

Follow the steps below to Integrate your Google G Suite Email with Soffront.

  • Click Profile icon → Integrations

 

  • Integrations  drawer opens along with its components.

  • Under Calendar Integration select Google G Suite.

  • Now click on Connect button after selecting Google G Suite.
  • This will open a Sign-in window for connecting with your Google G Suite account. Sign in with your Google G Suite account.

  • After signing in successfully,  below section will appear including Synchronize Emails and Synchronize Calendar check-boxes.

  • Now select Synchronize Emails  checkbox→ Click on Save to save your settings.

  • After clicking on Save button, a confirmation message will appear at the bottom

Tip: Emails will be synchronized in every 15 minutes interval.

Now you can send an email from your Gmail to any of your existing account/contact in CRM and see how the sent email is being displayed in Soffront application and how you can manage the email from there. Please see below steps:

  • Open the respective account record’s detail viewGo to Notes child tab.
  • You will find a note gets created based on the sent email under Notes tab and ‘More..’ link is visibleClick on ‘More..’ link against the note in Notes child tab.

  • Once you click on ‘More..’ link, a drawer will open named Open Email mentioning the email you sent to the account→ From there you can perform Reply/Reply All/Forward actions as required.

  • After opening the respective account record’s detail view, you will find another new tab named Emails tab

You can perform Reply/Reply All/Forward actions as required for the email records available under Emails tab.

Note: All Inbound & Outbound Emails that have been “Sent to” or “Received from” folder in your connected Google G-suite email account, will get synced with your Soffront CRM primary email field of account records.
