How to integrate with Eventbrite?

Integrating your Eventbrite account with soffront will allow you to sync all Attendees as well as Live Events with Attendees from Eventbrite to Soffront. Any Contacts buy your Event tickets will be automatically synced with Soffront.

You can find all your attendees coming from Eventbrite at the Contact section of Soffront.

1) Login to your CRM through this website: https://app.soffront.com/

2) Click on ‘My integration’ link from the ‘Profile’ icon available on the top right corner.

3) My Integration drawer opens along with its components. Here you can find the ‘Eventbrite Integration’ option.

4) Click on ‘Connect’ button which will bring the Eventbrite login page, sign in with your Eventbrite account.

5) After signing in successfully, below section will appear. Here you have to click on ‘Connect’ button to connect you Soffront account with your Eventbrite account.

6) After integrating successfully below section will appear with available Event list and ‘During synchronization, add new contacts if not found in CRM’ toggle.

7) Username or Email ID of connected Eventbrite account will also show in the integration drawer along with the ‘Disconnect’ button

Note: We don’t show any event if it isn’t live – Draft, in-progress, and completed.

8) Now select any available Event → On ‘During synchronization, add new contacts if not found in CRM’ toggle.

9) It will bring the field mapping section at the bottom of the drawer. Here you have to map field between Soffront ‘Contact’ and Eventbrite ‘Attendees’.

Do the field mapping → Clicks on ‘Save’ button to save your setting.

10) After clicking on Save button a confirmation message will appear at the bottom.

Tip: We consider only ‘Attendees’ submitted through Eventbrite after you connect your Soffront account with Eventbrite. Synchronization will take place in every 30 minutes.

  • Now go to your Eventbrite account.
  • Create an Event and Click on ‘Make your Event Live’ button.

Tip: A soffront ‘Group’ will create for each live event whenever a new ‘Attendees’ will register for that event.

Now whenever an ‘Attendees’ submit their details through for your event, it will create a contact in your soffront application.
