To run a Birthday campaign you will need to add the Birth date of the Contact in the CRM.
Follow the steps below to add the birth date:
- On home page click on Contacts under the menu.
- On Contacts home page Click on Contacts under Filters. This will give you the list of all contacts.
- You can add the Birthday from the list view or the details view.
Adding Birthday from the list view
- Open contacts list view.
- Click on setup at the top right hand corner. Select the Birthday field from the list of all contact fields. Drag and reorder the field to change its position.
- Click on Save to save the changes.
- Double click on the birthday field then select the Birth date.
- Mouse over the year to display the arrow buttons to change the year easily.
- Click on Save after selecting the date.

- Click on the contact to open the Contact detail view page.
- Click on setup at the top of the contact information column. Select the Birthday field from the list of all contact fields. Drag and reorder the field to change its position.
- Click on Save to save the changes.
- Mouse over and click on the pencil icon beside Birthday.
- Double click on the birthday field the select the Birth date from the Calendar then click on Save.
