You are ready to send out your email, just need to add a file. To do that you have two options, you can either attach the file from your computer or soffront library to your email.
Now let’s see how to add library documents/images to your email.
- Open a Contact/Account record to send an email
- From the record view, click on the email address of the contact
- It will open the email compose screen.
- On the send email template type the content of your email.
- Then click on the Attach a File at the bottom as shown below.
6. Click on Browse to select a document from your computer hard drive and then click on Upload
7. It will notify that the Attachment added successfully
8. You can also attach a file from the Soffront Library by clicking on the option below
Once you are done click on the Send Email button to send out your email with the Attachment.
