Step: 2 > Under Data select Export.
Step: 3 > File Name: Give a name to the exporting file.
Step: 4 > Parent Object Name: Select main object as Contacts or Accounts according to your requirement.
Step: 5 > Query Name: Select a Query name from the drop-down list according to the object you have selected.
Step: 6 > Available Fields: This column contains the list of fields you can export. ( Available fields depend on the Object you have selected. i.e. If you select Contacts as the object it will show all fields available in Contact’s Table.)
Step: 7 > Select the fields which you want to export from the Available Fields and Add them to the Exported fields section.
- “Add” will add the selected field from Available Fields to Exported Fields.
- “Add all” will add all field from Available Fields to Exported Fields.
- “Remove” will remove the selected field from Exported Fields to Available Fields.
- “Remove all” will remove all field from Exported Fields to Available Fields.
Step: 10 > Click on the above link and your data will be downloaded to your computer as a CSV or Excel file.
