Creating an Appointment is easy and smooth through the Soffront Mobile App.
Create an Appointment From Calendar Screen
1) From the Home screen of Calendar, tap on the Plus “+” sign shown below:
2) It will show you 2 options as below. Tap on Add an Appointment option
3) Fill in the details on Add Appointment Form and tap on Save option.
Subject: Type in a subject for your appointment. for example, Meeting or Follow-up
Start date: Tap on the Start Date field to bring up the calendar. Select a date from the calendar then choose a time by following the on-screen instruction.
End date: Select The End date in the same way as to the start date.
Status: For a new Appointment, by default status will be Scheduled. You can change the status to Completed or Cancelled when required.
Assign To: By default, the appointment will be assigned to you. You can assign it to someone else by selecting a user from the drop-down list.
Company: Start to type in a company name and your app will search and show you a list of all available companies corresponded to the search keyword from the list of your CRM database and select the correct company name from the result for appointment creation.
Contact Name: Once you select the Company, all the contacts from that company will show up. Select a contact from the list.
Text: Type in a short text or a few details of the appointment.
4) Once the Appointment is created, it will appear on the Calendar Home screen.
Create an Appointment From Account or Contact Detail Screen
From the Account or Contact detail Screen, tap on Related tab and then tap on the Plus “+” sign next to Appointment option. It will open the form to fill in the details for a new appointment.

- Complete: You can Complete the Appointment by tapping on the Complete option.
- Reschedule: You can Reschedule to the Appointment to a future date
- Add a Note: You can add a Note to the Appointment details.
- Edit: You can Edit or Modify the Appointment details.
- Delete: You can delete the Appointment by tapping on the Delete option.
Note: Complete option will not appear if the due date of the appointment has expired.
