You would convert a contact to an account if it is ready to be entered into your sales process.
Note – In Soffront, depending on how you added the contact, most contacts will already have an account associated with it. If it does then you will not see the Convert to Accounts option for that contact.
Navigate to Contacts > Contacts Home from the Sales or Marketing menu
On the Contact Home screen go to Filter > Contacts without Accounts > Open a contact
Once the Contact is opened in detail view, click on the ‘CONVERT to ACCOUNTS‘ button at the top right hand side.
Update the details if required and then click on Save at the Bottom.
