If you have already scheduled a Broadcast Campaign and need to change the broadcast date, add another group or change the message. Don’t worry you can cancel a scheduled broadcast and bring it back to new status. Now you can make all the changes and schedule it again.
Follow the steps below to Cancel and reschedule a Broadcast campaign
- On the home page click on Broadcast Campaigns under Marketing
2. On Broadcast, campaign page click on Queued option to go to scheduled Campaigns list.
3. Select the Scheduled campaign and then click on Edit icon, after that click on the Cancel button. ( This page will show details of the scheduled campaign)
4. Clicking on Cancel button will show the dialog box shown below, click on OK to cancel.
5. Click on OK to confirm the cancellation.
6. Now the campaign is treated as a new campaign. You can make changes and click on Schedule to schedule it again, Execute Now or save it for later use.
Once you click on Schedule option, it will bring a calendar page from where you can select the date and time.
Note:
- You cannot cancel an executed Broadcast Campaign.
- From Name can have a maximum of 64 characters.
