Birthday Campaign

Our automated Birthday campaign helps you to send out a special message to your loyal customers on their Birthday. In order to run an automated birthday campaign, there are a few steps that needs to be followed.

Steps:

  1. Collect and store your contact’s Birthday information in the CRM. See how to add the birth date to a contact record.
  2. Create a Birthday email template. See how to create a birthday email template using the Email template Drag-and-Drop builder.
  3. Setup Birthday Email Campaign

Follow the steps below to setup the Birthday Campaign

  1. Login to your Soffront CRM.
  2. On the home page click on the top left hand drop-down menu and select Marketing.
  3. Under Marketing menu, mouse-over Email Marketing and select Automated Campaigns.
  4. Under Automated Campaign click on Add to start a new campaign.
  5. Mouse-over Birthday Campaign Automation and click on Use this template.

6. Edit Birthday Campaign block by clicking on the pencil icon beside it.

  • From Name: Your Name (User name).
  • From Email: Your email address or another verified email address.
  • Campaign type (optional) : You can select an option from the list or click on Manage to add a new option. This field is optional.
  • Click on save to save the changes.

7. Edit Birthday message block by clicking on the pencil icon beside it.

  • Select Drag-and-Drop or Legacy according to the Birthday Template you have created earlier.
  • Select the birthday template from the drop-down list and save it.
  • Once you are done, close the template.

8. Click on Save at the top right hand corner to save the Campaign. You will find three new buttons show up.

  • Copy: Create a similar campaign.
  • Test: Send out a test email to yourself to check how it looks in your inbox.
  • Start: click on Start to start the Birthday Campaign.
