Our automated Birthday campaign helps you to send out a special message to your loyal customers on their Birthday. In order to run an automated birthday campaign, there are a few steps that needs to be followed.
Steps:
- Collect and store your contact’s Birthday information in the CRM. See how to add the birth date to a contact record.
- Create a Birthday email template. See how to create a birthday email template using the Email template Drag-and-Drop builder.
- Setup Birthday Email Campaign
Follow the steps below to setup the Birthday Campaign
- Login to your Soffront CRM.
- On the home page click on the top left hand drop-down menu and select Marketing.
- Under Marketing menu, mouse-over Email Marketing and select Automated Campaigns.
- Under Automated Campaign click on Add to start a new campaign.
- Mouse-over Birthday Campaign Automation and click on Use this template.
6. Edit Birthday Campaign block by clicking on the pencil icon beside it.
- From Name: Your Name (User name).
- From Email: Your email address or another verified email address.
- Campaign type (optional) : You can select an option from the list or click on Manage to add a new option. This field is optional.
- Click on save to save the changes.
7. Edit Birthday message block by clicking on the pencil icon beside it.
- Select Drag-and-Drop or Legacy according to the Birthday Template you have created earlier.
- Select the birthday template from the drop-down list and save it.
- Once you are done, close the template.
8. Click on Save at the top right hand corner to save the Campaign. You will find three new buttons show up.
- Copy: Create a similar campaign.
- Test: Send out a test email to yourself to check how it looks in your inbox.
- Start: click on Start to start the Birthday Campaign.
