A/B Testing Broadcast Campaigns

A/B testing a broadcast campaign lets you distribute an email list to two email messages to find out which email performs the best.

Let’s take an example to understand better. Say you want to send a Broadcast email campaign to 100 contacts present in your CRM. What you can do is create a Broadcast campaign “With a/b Test” where, there will be two types of messages, Message A and Message B to identify which message works best for your audiences.

Now, you can send both the types of email messages to say 30 of the contacts. You can track the performance of each message based on Emails Clicks or Email Views etc. Based on the performance of the two email messages you can decide to send a better message to the rest of the 70 contacts.
