Activity Report is the summary of activities performed by each salesperson over a given period. It includes information such as Number of emails sent to customers,Tasks and activities completed and Number of times spoken to a customer or noted a comment. All this information is gathered from the Sales Rep’s Accounts and Contacts notes.
Here you can evaluate your sales teams performance according to their activities over a period of time
To access Activity Reports, click the Reports link from the home page’s Sales section.
You can Access the different Sales Reports using the links as below.
The first drop down list at the top allows you to choose a given period such as Today, This Week, This Month or this Quarter. And the second drop down list lets you choose a Sales person’s name or all sales persons, to view their performance over the selected period of time.
You can also print out the Report by clicking on the Printer icon beside the drop down list.
Activity report has three sections
- By Sales Rep: Activities completed by each sales representative.
- By Type: The graph displays the type of activities performed. Such as Email sent, Task and activity completed, Number of times spoken with a client.
- Activity Matrix: Matrix report displays activity count according to Note Type and their details. You can click on the note count number and drill into more details.
Activity Matrix
It displays activity count according to Note Type. To see details click on the Grand Total amount or click on the separate numbers for details on each note type. You can export the activity Matrix report to an Excel file.
