Depending on your business, you may need to associate more than one contact to one account.
Follow these steps to add multiple contacts to an account:
- Bring up the account record in detail view.
- Go to the child contacts tab.
- If you are adding a brand new contact (that was not previously added to CRM), click the Add button () and fill out the contact form.
- If you associating an existing contact to the account, click the Link icon () to search for an existing contact and associate it with the account.
