How to Export all data from CRM

Export allows you to export all Accounts, Contacts, Issues Projects, and Tasks from your CRM to CSV or Excel files. You can choose and filter information and export the most relevant data. Follow the steps below to Export all your data from Soffront Online CRM.
Step: 1 > From Home Screen click on Settings icon at the top right-hand corner of CRM.

Step: 2 > Under Data select Export.

 

Step: 3 > File Name: Give a name to the exporting file.

Step: 4 > Parent Object Name: Select main object as  Contacts or Accounts according to your requirement.

Step: 5 > Query Name: Select a Query name from the drop-down list according to the object you have selected.

Step: 6 > Available Fields: This column contains the list of fields you can export. ( Available fields depend on the Object you have selected. i.e. If you select Contacts as the object it will show all fields available in Contact’s Table.)

Step: 7 > Select the fields which you want to export from the Available Fields and Add them to the Exported fields section.

  • “Add” will add the selected field from Available Fields to Exported Fields.
  • “Add all” will add all field from Available Fields to Exported Fields.
  • “Remove” will remove the selected field from Exported Fields to Available Fields.
  • “Remove all” will remove all field from Exported Fields to Available Fields.
Step: 8 >  Select the Child Objects field name related to its Parent Objects for data export.
Step: 9 > Click on Export.
option and you will get a link to download the exported data (See below).

 

Step: 10 > Click on the above link and your data will be downloaded to your computer as a CSV or Excel file.

Note: Contact Soffront Support for exporting more than 3,000 data from your CRM.
