Send out MMS through Soffront

Soffront helps you to send out text messages as well as MMS to your contacts. Follow the steps below to send out MMS.

Note: You need to have SMS Integration enabled in your CRM.

1. Open a contact record to whom you want to send out the MMS.
2. Click on the mobile phone number to open the SMS window.
3. Now click on the image icon to add a MMS.

4. Click on “Add” to browse and add an image from your desktop. Once you add an image it will show up under “My Assets” folder.

5. Select the image or document that you want to share. The selected image will be attached as shown below.

6. Type in your message then click on the “Send” button to send out your MMS.
