The Sales email Reports provides a detailed, in-depth overview of your daily sent emails status based on their count for sent, opens, clicks, and bounced status which you can filter by the date rage and sales rep.
To access Email Reports, click the Reports link from the home page’s Sales section.
You can Access the Email Reports using the links as below.
The first drop down list at the top allows you to choose a given period such as Today, This Week, This Month or this Quarter. And the second drop down list lets you choose a Sales person’s name or all sales persons, to view their total count of sent emails over the selected period of time.
You can also print out the Report by clicking on the Printer icon beside the drop down list.
Sales Email report has Four section
- Sent: It will show you to the total count of sent emails for each Sales rep
- Opened: It shows the count of sent emails which are opened by the recipents
- Clicked: It shows the count of sent emails which has link & clicked by the recipients.
- Bounced: It shows the count of sent emails which are bounced back from recipients
Note: If emails are getting bounced then it will add a note automatically to the linked records. Also, you will receive email notification for recipient’s activity upon link click & email open.
If you click on any of the above options, it will show you a drill down report at right hand side.
