How do I create a ticket or support case with Soffront?

We want to help you in the best possible way. You can contact our support team directly from your CRM.

Follow the below steps to submit a ticket:

From the Home screen of your, CRM navigate to the top right-hand corner of the display and click on the Help icon.

It will redirect you to our Knowledge Base website where you need to click on Contact Support option.

You will be taken to the following screen.

Please fill out the form with your company, first name, last name, email address, a phone number we can reach you at, and a description of the issue. Then click on submit. Our support representative will get back to you shortly.
