Dashboards give a quick overview of your company’s KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Soffront comes with a default sales and marketing dashboard. It is available from the Dashboard option on the left menu.
Each KPI area within the dashboard is called a gadget.
The gadgets can be filtered by a date range using the drop-down at the top. All gadgets within the dashboard follows the selected date range.
Gadgets can be re-positioned within the dashboard. Example, a sales person may move the sales related gadgets to the top of the dashboard.
To move a gadget, put your mouse cursor near the title of the gadget. The cursor will change. Click and drop the gadget to another position on the dashboard.
You can drill down within each gadget for more details of that KPI.
The default Soffront dashboard comes with these gadgets –
- Top sources by lead volume
- Shows the top five marketing sources vs leads created within the selected date range.
- Top sources by lead conversion
- Shows the top five marketing sources vs leads converted within the selected date range.
- Marketing email summary
- Shows the summary (sent, opened, clicked, bounced) of your marketing emails within the selected date range.
- Top marketing emails by CTR
- Shows the top five performing emails based on clickthrough rate (CTR) within the selected date range.
- Top web pages
- Shows the top five web pages based on visits within the selected date range.
- Lead pipeline
- Shows the current lead pipeline by total leads for each stage within the selected date range.
- Opportunity pipeline
- Shows the current opportunity pipeline by total forecast $$ for each stage within the selected date range.
- Sales leaderboard
- Shows the top five sales person based on opportunities closed within the selected date range.
