How to attach a file from the computer to your email?

You are ready to send out your email, just need to add a file. To do that you have two options, you can either attach the file from your computer or soffront library to your email.

Now let’s see how to add library documents/images to your email.

  1. Open a Contact/Account record to send an email
  2. From the record view, click on the email address of the contact
  3. It will open the email compose screen.
  4. On the send email template type the content of your email.
  5. Then click on the Attach a File at the bottom as shown below.

6. Click on Browse to select a document from your computer hard drive and then click on Upload

7. It will notify that the Attachment added successfully

8. You can also attach a file from the Soffront Library by clicking on the option below

Once you are done click on the Send Email button to send out your email with the Attachment.
