Add Email Signature to Email Templates

You can add your signature to any email template. The sales team does not have to create a separate sales template for each salesperson with there signature. Now you can set up a signature that can be added to any sales templates even if you have not created the template.

Follow the steps below to set up your signature

  1. Click on the User icon at the top left and then click on Profile

 

2. Scroll down the page and go to the Email Signature section for using the editor to create your own signature. Once you are done, click on the Save option.

Add your signature to an email template:

When you are creating a new email template, click on the add signature option to insert your profile signature. (See below)
