Soffront Power Dialer

Power Dialer:

This is a sales tool and it helps you with cold calling to set up appointments with leads. The purpose of the power dialer is to start off a list view and dial the numbers one after the other sequentially.

How to Turn on Power Dialer?

Soffront’s power dialer needs to be turned on for each user separately.

Please follow these steps to enable the power dialer for your users:

  • Go to Settings > Users.
  • Click the user’s name to open the edit user page.
  • Check the Enable Power Dialer checkbox and Save.

Note: If the user is already logged into Soffront while this is turned on, she/he will need to log out and log back in to see the call option in the list views.

How to Integrate a Phone Number?

Follow the steps below to set up the Phone Integration

  • Go to Settings

 

  • Under Company, click Phone Numbers and then click on BYO (Bring Your Own)

  • Enter the caller ID for your calls. You can use your main business number. Before using your number as the caller ID, you will need to verify that you own the number. To verify the number, enter your number and extension (optional) Under Outbound Phone Numbers and click Verify.

  • Click I am ready to take the call. You will receive a verification call. Follow the instructions on the call to complete the verification.

  • To automatically record all outbound calls, select Record all calls on Phone Settings

Note: By default, automatic Call recording is turned off because we always recommend getting consent from your contacts before Recording Calls

ADD CREDITS: You can buy more phone call credits if your phone minutes balance is low.

Setup Additional Information to Show on Power Dialer

Note: You cannot add more than 3 fields under the show additional information setup

How to use Power Dialer?

You will see a Call button (See below) with a phone icon on the Account & Contact list view if you have successfully set up Power Dialer in your CRM.

Note: Users need to select multiple records from the list view to start making calls

Once you click on the Call button, the power dialing session will start in a new tab and it will show you the details of contact on the power dialing session and help you to call the leads sequentially.

On the Power Dialer screen, users can see the Contact information and their Phone/ Mobile number with a call button and a dial pad for dialing an extension, Caller ID (from number), & a drop-down menu that works for both reading calls scripts & adding notes. You will also see the Next button which will take you to the next contact screen to call.

Note: You will get the below Popup while making calls from Power Dialer, you need to allow the computer microphone for making internet calls

After a call is done, the system adds the below drop-down options on Power Dialer.

LOG CALL:  You can add notes and click on the log calls button to save call Notes.

ADD: It gives you 2 options to create a new appointment & tasks for the Lead

SEND: This button gives you 2 options to send Emails and SMS to the Lead

CHANGE: This button gives you the option to add a Lead to a Group
