Sales Summary Report

The Sales Summary Report provides detailed insight to compare all users (Sales Rep) Lead and Opportunity conversion status on a single screen for a specific date range.

To access Sales Summary Reports, navigate to Reports under the Sales section.

There are two types of Sales Summary Report you can find

Accounts Sales Summary Report

Account Sales Summary Report will show you the Sales conversion report of all sales rep on a single screen.

Opportunity Sales Summary Report:

Opportunity Sales Summary Report will show you the Sales conversion report of all sales rep on a single screen.

The components of both Account and Opportunity Sales Summary Report are:

  • Date Range: You can pick Day / Week / Month / Quarter / Year calendar modes.
  • Sales Rep: You can select all or particular any sales rep to review their sales report
  • Report On: You can choose between account and opportunity to review their status
  • Select Workflow: You can choose a particular Workflow to see the status of their selected Account/Opportunity report.
  • User: These are the Sales Rep available in your CRM
  • Stages: Depending upon Account and Opportunity selection, you can find their defined workflow stages and the total count under each status next to Users.
