Save Time With Record Queues
Work through a list of records such as tasks, accounts, contacts, and opportunities without having to open each record in the list. Simply open the list in a queue and use the previous and next buttons to go through the list from one screen.
The next button takes you to the next record in the list and the previous button takes you back to the last viewed record.
To start, find and click the Queue icon from a list.
Focus on High Priority Tasks
Assign priority to tasks and focus on the higher priority tasks while working on your task list.
You can sort your task list by the priority or due date.
Send Appointment Reminders
Send email and text reminders to your leads and customers before upcoming appointments. You can set up multiple reminders for an appointment.
