Send Batch Text Messages
Stay in touch with leads and customers using text messages. Simply select multiple account/contact records and use the new batch text option. The messages will be sent individually and you will be notified when someone replies to the message.
Remind Yourself Before Important Dates
Set a reminder before important dates such as birthdays and contract renewals. Go to Settings > Reminders & Alerts to set up a reminder.
